WindEurope (formerly the European Wind Energy Association - EWEA) is the voice of the wind industry, actively promoting wind power in Europe and worldwide. It has over 450 members, active in over 50 countries, including wind turbine manufacturers with a leading share of the world wind power market, plus component suppliers, research institutes, national ... Morewind and renewables associations, developers, contractors, electricity providers, finance and insurance companies, and consultants.

WindEurope coordinates international policy, communications, research and analysis and provides various services to support members'​ requirements and needs to help their development, offering the best networking and learning opportunities in the sector.

WindEurope analyses, formulates and establishes policy positions for the wind industry on key strategic sectoral issues, cooperating with industry and research institutions on a number of market development and technology research projects. In addition, the lobbying activities undertaken by WindEurope help create a suitable legal framework within which members can successfully develop their businesses.
The International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) is a leading trade association representing the vast majority of contractors and the associated supply chain in the offshore marine construction industry worldwide. We have a membership of over 900 companies including contractors, suppliers, oil & gas companies, marine renewable energy companies ... Moreand numerous non-governmental organisations (NGOs).

IMCA was formed in 1995 through the merger of the former Association of Offshore Diving Contractors (AODC, formed in 1972) and the Dynamically Positioned Vessel Owners Association (DPVOA, formed in 1989). Consequently, our operational roots and technical credentials are second to none in our industry.

Our mission is to improve performance in the marine contracting industry. We achieve this by leveraging the expertise of our members through conferences, seminars and meetings, and in publishing leading standards of technical and operating guidance in key areas of safety, quality, and offshore performance. In addition, we represent our members in dialogue with other industry bodies, regulators, oil companies and renewable energy companies. IMCA holds consultative status at the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) and is very active in international regulatory and policy matters in the upstream industry.
The most important tasks of Flanders' Maritime Cluster are the promotion, enhancement and development of marine and maritime activity in Flanders, Belgium.
