About Us
Seacat Services own and operate a fleet of DNV-GL classified multi-purpose offshore energy support vessels.

Our head office is situated in Cowes, Isle of Wight, UK, and a short walk from our chosen vessel builder, South Boats Isle of Wight.

All our vessels are designed and constructed to conduct fast, smooth and comfortable transport of persons and goods from the shore to the wind farm and vice versa in the toughest of Northern Europe's marine environments. Every vessel in the fleet fully complies with DNV-GL ✠1A1 HSLC Wind farm Service 1 and Category 1 enabling them to operate up to 150Nm offshore.

The management team at Seacat all have proven track records in their particular field, from QHSE and technical through to operations and crew management. Each of them has spent many years at sea and the key operational roles are occupied by individuals with Masters and engineering qualifications. This enables the team not only to have empathy with the crew in the field, but also to be able to spend time onboard the vessels keeping skills current and supporting crewmembers when required.

The company has so far successfully completed contracts in UK, German and Danish waters for clients that include Centrica, DONG Energy, Nexans Deutschland, Siemens, SSE, Vattenfall, VBMS and Wind MW. Operations are ongoing throughout the North Sea.

As an expanding company we look forward to broadening our client base and welcome the opportunity to utilise the good practice we have learned to date.

Seacat Services wish to be a respected vessel operator and to achieve this we pledge to listen to our clients, co-operate with our competitors, keep in front of developments and incentivise our employees.

DONG Energy has become Ørsted. DONG Energy was one of the leading energy groups in Northern Europe. Our business was based on procuring, producing, distributing and trading in energy and related products in Northern Europe. A decade ago, we initiated our transformation from a black to a green energy company as DONG Energy. Since then, we've reduced ... Moreour coal consumption by 73% and decided to fully phase out coal by 2023. We've become a global leader in offshore wind with a market share of 25%, currently powering 9.5 million people. Our ambition is to raise this number to 30 million by 2025.

In 2017, we divested our upstream oil and gas business, thereby completing our transformation to become fully dedicated to green energy.
